Overview
I worked with IIIMPACT, a US-based product design agency, from 2020 to 2022. I was outsourced to 5 of their clients during this time.
Project 1: Contractor Management
The contractor management software is used by customers in various regions around the world and helps track time & cost for labour, equipment and material resources. IIIMPACT was tasked with redesigning the outdated user experience and interface.

Project Initiation
The Product Manager took us through user personas, feature stories and an end-to-end walkthrough of the product. Then it was straight on to design.
What I Did
- Design wireframes
- Create prototypes
- Responsive Design - desktop and mobile screens
- Create and maintain Design Library
- Usability Testing with end users
- Advocate for best practice within the ux department
- Lead team of 6 designers
Team Collaboration
- Global team located in several cities across USA, South Africa, India
- Worked with IIIMPACT and client’s designers
- Embedded in the product team and worked closely with the Product Manager, Product Owners and senior leadership team
- Engaged with developers and provided a Design Library to support them as they created new pages
- Attended and participated in Agile events
- Presented screens for review at organisation wide Sprint Review
Project 2: Food Delivery
Worked with the IIIMPACT Design & Product team on a food delivery mobile app.
User Research

UI Design
Designed low fidelity wireframes for a few features before moving on to another project
Project 3: Industrial Robots Manufacturer
A short engagement, where I worked on the user experience of the company’s Help & Support Center. I reviewed screens designed by the UI Designer and created low fidelity screens to improve the experience. Thereafter I handed it back to the UI Designer.
Project 4: Equipment Rental
I worked with the Product team on their mobile app that provides equipment rental services.
What I did
- Designed app store & playstore imagery
- Created mockups for several features
- Cleaned up and maintained the Design Library
Team Collaboration
- Primarily worked with Product Owners who assigned and reviewed design tasks
- Presented screens for review
- Provided a Design Library to support Developers as they create new pages
Project 5: Oil & Gas Accounting
What I did
- Reviewed existing web application and user personas
- Customer journey mapping
- Research and learn more about the industry
- Brainstorm and ideate
- Create basic sketches of potential solution
- Worked with senior lead on the project
